SmartEarly educates children as to the importance of health and nutrition by integrating daily activities with learning about where our food comes from, which food choices are best, and how healthy foods give us energy and allow us to be the best we can be.
SmartEarly provides a healthy morning and afternoon snack for all young toddler, toddler and preschool age children. A Certified Nutritionist designed and continually assesses our healthy snack menus which follow the state recommended guidelines for children’s nutrition. SmartEarly serves a variety of healthy whole foods to your child. Fresh fruits and vegetables such as apples, pears, bananas, green and red peppers, green beans, and squash are served on a regular basis. Whole grain crackers, cheese, and yogurt are also served. Regular or low-fat milk is served at lunchtime as per pediatrician guidelines for certain ages of development.
